Stage No. 4. Let's move on to assembling the table

Now let's assemble the table. As a result, you will get a box like this.

During assembly, you may encounter a situation where, when creating elements of a future changing chest, the craftsmen made a mistake with the dimensions. If any structural element is larger than required by the drawing, then remove the excess edges using a regular hacksaw.

Now we insert the drawers into the assembled cabinet; they should fit into the structure without any problems.

We proceed to assembling the rotating parts, tighten the tie. Be sure to put a washer on the tie axis, otherwise the structural elements will rub against each other.

Apply markings to the front wall of the drawers - these are the places where the facade will be attached.

Take a large diameter drill and make a hole where the self-tapping screw will be inserted.

Secure the facades with tape to see all the gaps, and then attach the facade with self-tapping screws. By the way, this method will save you from the need to carefully measure all the gaps and make complex calculations.
