After contacting the store under warranty, we were told to write an application for a replacement of the product. after 2 weeks a refusal came, supposedly not a warranty case. wrote that they disagreed with their answer, a month later the second answer was no different from the previous one. Moreover, the mattress had been lying in the store all this time. I’m just wondering on what basis the guaranteeers made such a conclusion without even seeing the mattress? It's just an unsubscribe
